The Social Services Referral program are offered Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 am to 1 pm, and continues to assist hundreds of individuals and families in a variety of social services ranging from assistance with housing, social security, food stamp benefits, obtaining medical insurance, and life-event counseling.
Clients are serviced on a first come first serve basis.

One Stop Senior Services counselors are onsite at the Franciscan Community Center on Tuesday and Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and provide counseling, education, guidance and access to social services and entitlements for older adults.
The Franciscan Community Center is happy to offer individual, group and family counseling to our community through the dedicated staff and students of Harlem Family Institute. Jointly, we seek to deal directly with those problems that affect the well-being of our youth, adults and families. Counseling services are ongoing and by appointment.
The Harlem Family Institute is a parent-child center, an adult and youth therapy center and a psychoanalyst training institute that brings ultra-low-fee group and individual services to underserved communities. It trains suitable candidates holding a master's degree in any field in its five-year, part-time, training program, leading to the state exam for the New York State License in Psychoanalysis. 1. Immigration Information Service: Assisting immigrants with their legal needs.
2. Solidarity and Advocacy aimed at protecting and promoting the rights and welfare of immigrants
3. Education aimed at raising public awareness and providing opportunities for involvement in initiatives that promote and protect the rights of immigrants in collaboration with other organizations and institutions.
