Registration Now Open for Religious Education

Registration for the 2010-2011 Religious Education Program is now open. Registration will take place on three Sundays (after each Mass) - on August 29th, September 12th and September 19th in the Church Vestibule. Checks or money orders should be made payable to Holy Name of Jesus Church. Please make sure you bring copies of the child's birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate and First Communion Certificate. Please call the Coordinator of Faith Formation, Veronica Soto, at (212) 749-0276 x16, for any questions and to request a registration form. The registration forms are also available at the Prish Office. The Religious Education Program is open to all children from kindergarten through eighth grade, who are in public, private or independent schools. All are Welcome!!
