Registration Now Open for Religious Education

Registration for the 2010-2011 Religious Education Program is now open. Registration will take place on three Sundays (after each Mass) - on August 29th, September 12th and September 19th in the Church Vestibule. Checks or money orders should be made payable to Holy Name of Jesus Church. Please make sure you bring copies of the child's birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate and First Communion Certificate. Please call the Coordinator of Faith Formation, Veronica Soto, at (212) 749-0276 x16, for any questions and to request a registration form. The registration forms are also available at the Prish Office. The Religious Education Program is open to all children from kindergarten through eighth grade, who are in public, private or independent schools. All are Welcome!!

Les enfants des paroissiens sont baptisés au cours de trois après-midis de dimanche chaque mois. Le Premier dimanche du mois, les baptêmes sont célébrés en francais.
Children’s Baptism in English

Parishioner’s children are baptized on three Sunday afternoons each month. On the first Sunday, the Baptisms are celebrated in French. On the second Sunday of each month, the Baptisms are celebrated in English. On the third Sunday, the Baptisms are celebrated in Spanish

Registration will follow each Mass on three Sundays - August 29, September 12 and September 19, 2010, Registration forms for the 2010-2011 Religious Education program are available in the Parish Office, they can be downloaded in English, French or Spanish from the website or an application(s) can be mailed on request to Veronica Soto, Coordinator of Faith Formation. Please contact Veronica Soto at (212) 749-0276 on extension 16 for more information. The program is open to children from kindergarten through the eighth grade who are in public, private or independent schools. Please ensure that copies of each child's Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate and First Communion Certificate are enclosed with the registration form. Early registrations receive a discount! Classes start on September 12. All are welcome!
